You only really need to see page 2 in order to get the gist of it, but I suggest you see the graphs on page 3 too.
It was a real eye opener for me, as RAID-10 is the usual robotic decision I make for many applications. I imagine it still will be for a lot of things (not very often I have to consider row level striping!), but it served as a prudent eye opener. Particularly as I'm installing a brand new SAN in a couple of months and will have carte blanche to set the LUNs up how I want.
