Console in CS:S

I know it's ` to bring it up but i can't find the option to enable it, someone spare me my misrey please :embarassed:.

I can't remember exactly and not got it installed atm to check. Have you checked all the advanced settings in options? I'm sure it's under one of those but I may be confused with 1.6.

I'm pretty sure i went through all the options menus, no idea where it is :(.

Googled it so can't take the credit but: options>keyboard>advanced>"enable developer console" Try that!
It sounds very familiar.
