Hitchin ain't great... but it's a damn sight better than Stevenage... Plus we have...

Rhythms of the World - Europes largest free world music festival!
http://www.rotw.org.uk/

Line up looks pretty good again. Was very good last year, but was far too bloody hot for me.

Many stages and venues around Hitchin and there always one hell of a variation of music on at any one time.

Come if you can.. I'd recommend by train. Parking last year was hell, and I have a dedicated parking space!

Few images from last years ROTW are in this (http://forums.**the-other-place**.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17600125) thread.

Anyone coming for a visit? I know, short notice, but I completely forgot it was on. :D

Unlikely, it's the Chelmsford Beer Festival next week ;)

Weathers great...
However, the place is completely packed.

It's horrible. Far to many people in the place.

It when the people with the double wide prams just stop to chat with someone else, in the middle of the path and completely jam it up.

*GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR*

Anyway, just nipped back to the flat for some food and then I'll be back out again.
