View Full Version : Films you want to see 2007/8 - Trailers
I don't get to the cinema much, but I went today and saw the trailer for 'I Am Legend'. Looks like it's going to be a good one, have to wait until January to see it though :'( :'(

What trailers have teased you.....? I must admit I didn't like the idea of live action transformers until I saw the trailer.
Oooh it's like a posher version of 28 days later sort of thing. Looks good!
There's lots of movies I want to see at the moment, but not sure what ones are due to be released as i haven't seen any trailers in a while.
John Rambo! Looks like they've made the effort to give it that real 80s-style film vibe.
Also can't wait for HP and the Half-Blood Prince in... November 2008?! God damn. Order of the Phoenix felt very much like a stop-gap between the first four and the last two films storywise. The proper back story really begins with the next installment.

Yup. Rambo.
Other than that, Zach and Miri make a Porno and Red State, but they hasn't started filming those yet.

Looking forward to it as well. Want to see how close my imagination is to 'reality'. First book i'll have read before the film comes out, inc Harry Potter and LotR.
Shadow of the Moon looks good.
Not sure about Legend yet, I think it could be good, but ol' Willy has been poor in some films before so I'm hoping he's good in this one as the storyline sounds interesting.
Anyone else seen the trailer for 1-18-08? From what I've heard they've been using a kind of viral marketing technique, releasing very little information about the film and relying on fan speculation on the 'net to spread the word.
I have. It looks quite interesting from the trailer. However, I've never seen anything by JJ Abrams that was actually any good in the long run. I felt that MI3 had no real plot. Alias was great but fizzled out. Lost is always annoying but actually managed to pickup. So I do worry that 1-18-08 will turn just as sower. Iron Man looks very cool.
