Having seen the effects of picolax, all I can say is MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, poor sod.

Josh had to suffer the wrath of Agent Picolax aged about 9 months when they unplumbed his colostomy bag and reconnected his bum hole.

Poor little bugger managed to smile while drinking nothing but Diarolyte and then almost immediatly losing it out through the knackered plumbing in his belly.
