Today I got my first tattoo :-) not much else to the thread lol but Im really happy with it and want to show it off:D hehe

This was taken just as it finished so abit inflamed. But its in a really nice place, in that you cant see it unless I lift my arm/or play my bass.

Still it looks pretty original to me but then i am old & don't get out much :p

Looks good :) Make sure you don't knock any scabs off - solid black is a bitch for having to get retouched because of that.

I am seriously having tattoo/piercing withdrawals atm :( I basically know the next few tats I want done but just have no money :(

I noticed that when I saw you Bulletin, but had decided not to say so :embarassed: I do like it though, bit different and quite an original place :) Don't worry about the sad face either, as long as you like it it doesn't matter! :D

I saw the bass cleft before I saw the sad face, being someone that would never dream of getting a tat done that is the only one I have seen that I had a strong positive opinion on, its subtle and very apt.

hehe its gone all scabby and itchy now but I still love it lots :-) I do want it to heal though as its hell not being able to scratch it!!

edit: also I find it really weird that some people have asked me what it is. But maybe that is just because I've known what it is since I was about 5 so non musical people might not. Even a bass player asked!! I thought he was having a laugh
