Can any of you please visit one of our websites:

http://www.matrixmanage.com and click on 'FAQ' then post the address in here and the software you are viewing it on.

I'm using IE7 and can see it fine, but my colleague is using IE6 and is seeing the staging site... the address begins http://staging.4mat or something.

Our web company don't see the problem - noobs.

Since Creature already did Firefox, here's what I get in Konqueror.

Same as Stan (well, different session ID but that's to be expected) - Firefox on Windows x64, though that shouldn't matter.

Nearly everything on that page (not just the FAQ) points to staging-a...

The reason for that would be this line from the homepage HTML...
<base href="http://staging-a.4matnetworks.com/matrix-v1/graphics/" />

Just seems a bit weird that the web company and IE7 is displaying it ok.

Is the menu meant to look broken? Whenever I mouseover one of the links the link gets wider (pushing the other links around with a bit of flickering) and disappears.

Once I click the link I get to:

Weird!!! They must be looking at it now... its not meant to do that no Phill, hmmm all it is sposed to do is turn into a blimp in a different blue.

Mine is still ok though :( weirdness!

I'm not getting any of the images on the live url at all. Just tried Firefox and IE at home (was at work earlier).

If I browse to the location of an image file directly I get a 404 on the live URL but the image is there on the staging URL.

EDIT - found the problem. They need to remove the "/matrix-v1" from all links and image paths on the live site.
