Cooked this up for the lads last weekend to eat while watching the rugby.
Ingredients:
1. 4lbs of back ribs (4 x packets, ~£3 each)
2. Heinz Hot 'n' Spicy ketchup/Normal ketchup
Prepare a rub of brown sugar, add about half as much pepper as brown sugar, then add BBQ seasoning or something similar, some salt and then dunk the ribs in the seasoning so they're evenly covered.
Layer them in a big oven dish then, cover with foil and leave in the fridge for an hour
Take out of the fridge, put in a pre-heated oven (with foil still on) (Gas Mark 3) for about 3 hours, every hour or so take them out and mix them about. About 3 hours in, squeeze the ketchup on them and mix it all up, then put back in the oven for another 45 minutes. Then take the foil off, turn the oven up to Gas Mark 4/5 and cook for 15 minutes.
Take out of oven, put tray on table and serve with ice-cold beers.
Pretty easy and tasty :D
