This evening I am enjoying a lovely bottle of Canti Merlot.

I cleansed my pallet before beginning with some larger and have just found that Galaxy Ripple+Merlot=GOOOOOOOD.

What tipple are you enjoying this evening?

Tonight I am drinking err... French wine out of a box and lots of it. It's very nice but it's nearly all gone so I'm switching to Vodka once my icecubes have set.

Last night I had Maxwell House filter coffee. Closest I got to a bottle of wine was a tub of red grapes from the galley :'(

Roll on Thursday - Egyptian Stella isn't nectar by any stretch of the imagination but after 4 weeks, it sure tastes like it :D

Last night was a Villa Maria unoaked Chardonnay, this was ok but I seem to be off white wine at the moment so I only had one glass. Then opened a Wolf Blass Cabernet Sauvignon which was quite drinkable, heavy on the dry tanin and oak, then I got talked into a nip of Remi Martin cognac which we seem to have in large quantities in the booze cabinet. Don't feel too rough this morning :)
