Don't do a whole lot of stomping, more at home in a team that I know and have a plan of attack. Feel a bit like I am running around without a goal in most FPSs since Planetside.

S&D was fun to start with until it became grenade central which just pisses me off. There are no tactics involved, just chuck and forget. I'm still astonished someone managed to throw a grenade 3/4 of the way across the map on backlot, he-man indeed!

Sorry about that Davey :( I got rather cheesed off last night towards the end of the search & destroy, but I think it works well if you have an opposing team which actually fights fair.

I'm really starting to like S&D as it's forcing me to not run in gung ho!

It was that sort of game :p I made it from one side of the map to the other with the bomb, and just JUST as I went to plan some **** knifed me. The replay cam showed he waited till it about as mean as could be :p I also wasn't really feeling it last night. I was just so tired.

New Kill Cams

We’ve added new Kill Cams for everything. So now those “WTF!” grenades that seemingly come from no where, you can see that a guy threw it over the house, it hit a tree branch, bounced off a rock, into a tiny window, where you happened to be pointing out of, and say…… whoa. Follow behind RPGs and M203’s kill cams, claymores, Airstrikes where you can follow the bomb from the plane until it hits you.

Host Migration

Now you won’t have to be dropped back by yourself when a host leaves. Instead, everyone will stay together, a new host will be assigned, and the game will auto-start back up. Keeping everyone together, no more re-inviting, re-joining games because some host leaves. This has been a tall order and something that we’ve put a lot of work into which has allowed us to really optimize online play all around not just specifically with Host migration.

Improved Sniper / ACOG Accuracy

Sniper and ACOG scopes have been tweaked and are really improved. I use to not snipe at all (mainly because I’m a horrible sniper), but now it’s so much more fluid and natural, while still having the same difficulty to use, it has no more “WTF I know I hit that guy!” moments.

Upgraded Spectator Cam

Now when you’re in spectator mode you can follow them in 3rd person, switch to their first person view, or rotate the camera in a full 360 degrees around whoever you’re watching.

Quick Mute Option

Users will now be able to quick mute players on the fly by pulling up the scoreboard in-game or via the lobby by simply going to their name and hitting the mute assigned button. As quickly as calling in and designating an airstike. So no longer getting killed while trying to make your way through the Xbox blades for the mute option so you can shut up the guy who always seems to find it funny to sing into his mic or cover up for his lack of skill by telling you how to play Domination his way.

Played a bit more over the weekend and am really starting to appreciate S&D more now. I've slowed my game down alot and now take my time so don't die from all the grenades as much. The kill cam is excellent as I can see how the person actually killed me and it wasn't a fluke.

Learning the routes/tactics people take is always very important. i.e. on District if you start by the gas station be VERY careful by the cars as that almost always gets nade'd at the very start and if you aren't aware the nearest exploding car will kill you. Claymores are so useful on a game like this as I aways claymore door ways to the bombs and generally take people out first time :evil: I'm thinking of combing that with sonic boom ;D

I'm not sure whether to be :o but had a crack at the noob tube team deathmatch on strike which was fun. Actually took 3 people out with 1 grenade. However my favourite part is killing people at point blank range with the grenade tube :evil: so much fun ;D

Had another game this morning and had another blast. Domination on Countdown, started off as 3 a side. We rocked hardcore.....then more players joined and I think it finished 5 a side. Game finished and I was top of the table...23 kills, 1 assist, 7 deaths. Finally managed to get that chopper in too :D

I think I know what I've changed too. Was using overkill but have now gone back to using deep impact and I think it's made the difference of actually finishing off who I'm shooting at.

As for tonight, I'm not sure. We've changed out evening routine a bit recently and I'm not on the 360 as much as I used to be. Having said that, I reckon I can squeeze an hour or so in :)

It is just a case of learning where things are on the maps, if you want the PDF guide I have I can send you the link. It shows you where the spawn points are and flag locations, etc :)

Mic - search & destroy is a good game, you can get very good XP in that, avg around 200-500 per game. Sabotage is a good one too as it had a 20 minute time limit so plenty of killing can be achieved :)

Only thing I'd say it that it says it's all done on a normal controller, but some of the aiming just looks too smooth and accurate to me as if it's done with a mouse. Having said that, I am utterly crap on a joypad.

There'll definitely be more COD next week, even if it's just me playing it. Really enjoyed last night, although I do prefer it when we have 6 of us on a team as we're always more talkative when there aren't any strangers on our team. Good fun though, was nice to kill Mic a few times :D

I'm sure I can persuade Kitten to let me have the TV next Thursday so I'll be in. Really enjoyed it but was rather poor. That Adam fella kept killing me around 6-8 times per round and that last stand perk really annoyed me. I'd get him on the ground then he'd just kill me with his desert eagle.

However my stealth class came out again last night and it rocked :D I just need to spend more time being patient and rushing everyone.

We do deffo need a team of 6 though. Andy has been sufficiently ribbed about his lack of attendence and has said he should be on next week. Looking forward to it everyone, oh and next time we're on crossfire remind me to show you a good sniping spot down by a domination flag.

I have to say, since unlocking Prestige mode I've definitely become a better player again. I used to rely on the Overkill perk and would have a sniper as my main weapon, with an assault rifle as my backup. Now I can't do that I've rediscovered my love for the M16, and my accuracy has shot up. More often than not I'm ending up with a better than 1:1 K : D ratio, which wasn't happening too often. Hopefully it's not just a fluke :D

I know exactly what you mean about prestige. I hated it when it first happened but I now use the M16 and the MP5 as my main weapons. The G36C got used last night but I still love the MP5.

I'm mostly using M4 or MP5 and sometimes the RPD. Never managed to get on properly with the M16 don't know why.

Try the m16 on maps like overgrown, crossfire and countdown. I can only use the m16 if I'm not fighting close range otherwise the 3 bullets don't help much and I end up missing.

If you are trained on an enemy with the M16 and stopping power, assuming they don't ha ve the juggernaut perk they'll go down the 3 bullets.

As long as I've unlocked the silencer for the MP5 by then (which is only another 40 kills or so) then I'm game for that :)
