Would any body be interested in a photo shoot meet !

So some off us can get together and exchange some knowledge :D

SLR or D-SLR, Digi Compacts, what ever you have, all welcome

I love taking photos but I am rubbish at it. I only have a diddy digi too. Mic might be interested - I know he would like to learn more about his camera and how to use it to its potential.

Have you thought about a location or an event to go to? Maybe a good seaside type place would have plenty of stuff and scenery to snap at :)

Even those who think they may have lots of knowledge can still learn new things.
Since I stop using my 35mm SLR and brought D-SLR my enthusiasm has rocketed sky ward.
I have a small Digi camera which I using as well, plus my Daughters are keen using their Digi cameras.

I still need lots to learn, plus I have't even started to learn about Adobe Photoshop !
Thats a whole new world !

Yep,..sea side is a great choice.
I am opened to ideas at the moment, just testing the water really !

Of course live nude modelling is another choice, need some page three girls ! ! ! !

Good idea, but we've got Tyson from one end of the country and Pete from the other! Dont think people will be willing to travel that far for a photo meet, as much as I like it, I wouldnt travel such a distance :(

Me and Kate are attending a portrait class soon, why not try that with people more local? :)

Betty, totally agree with the distance situation.
I think there will be local meets TBH, as it is difficult to all of camera people together.

Of course, I will try to sort some thing this end of the country

Why is it us men :) get a flash camera with a big lens and all we really want to do is shoot nude women ! ;D

Desmo, it started with VCR, now its the web & DVD.
We just now play with expensive camera's ! ;)
I am trying to get the wife to do some poses, are for Art of course ;D

Nude shoots are entirely possible. I've got one in December and ideas for others. As Betty said, its a bit of a shame that we're all over the place. Maybe a location that can attract us all? London? Buildings, skylines, street photography. My sorta place but I don't know about the rest.
