We've just got back in from a night at the pictures watching Saw 4 (surprisingly very good, I recommend it). Literally just as we walk through the door, the house phone goes off. Very strange at 11:50. She makes a quick grab for it, and upon answering finds no-one at the other end. She hung up, but the other end didn't, so when we picked it up to do 1471 we were simply reconnected to the call. She whistled and shouted down the phone, including "put the phone down dickhead". She decided to try to ring the house phone herself with her mobile to try to break the call.
The phone had already decided to do it for her whilst in her bag, and was the one that called a minute earlier.
Her face was a picture and I literally ROFL'd. I'm probably going to get a smack for telling you all, but it's going to be worth it ;D ;D ;D ;D

How big is her handbag? ;)

My Mum used to do that to me all the time. Most famously right in the middle of a seminar at Uni which was a tad embarassing :D

Ah but my phone, even when key locked, did randomly send the first "A" in my phonebook like 10 texts at 3am once :D

I have an entry in my phonebook entry as "Aaaaaardvark", number entry is "00000000000000000000000000" so it can't go anywhere :) Usually stops mistakes.

"A Mistake" with the number 666 works for me :) Had to do it after I kept randomly sending blank texts and calling Adele my old boss when I was drunk and screwed up putting the key-lock on :o
