critical errors were found in setup

anyone know how (if) you can deal with this error when trying to install something?

i'm trying to run the setup for Adobe CS3 Master Collection but its falling over every time it attempts to run

If this is when installing on Vista then you'll need to find a version of the install which is compatible with Vista (trust me, I had the same kind of message when installing Nero... Ignored and installed and it took me bloody ages to get Nero working as it got stuck on the version I'd installed which wasn't compatible)...

If not then I haven't a clue m'afraid :D

whoo managed it

just coppied the files off the disk onto the hdd and installed via the hdd


no idea why that works, but it did :D
