Well I started and finished this this evening. Not a bad concept but I can't see how this will be encorporated into Episode 3, its just too powerful. Not unless we are going to be on a metallic or organic planet where you can't use it.

Is there rumour it's going to be in Episode 3 then? I hadn't heard anything about it, but then I wasn't looking!

Ah right, I just thought they created an entirely separate story just to show off the Portal technology.

alrighty then

when you're playing portal and are in the back area there are 2 offices with projectors detailing the latest projects from both lambda labs in black mesa and Aperture science projects.

and at the end of HL2:E2 the details you get are of a project of Aperture have run which you need to go to (for ep3).

i don't think there has been anything definite but there is deffinetly the option there to put it in and i know alot of folk are expecting it.

Right, I forgot about that bit at the end of Ep2. All seems to make sense. :)
