I'm beginning to think I'm going to be one of those complaining grannies who whinges about anything :( but recently I have had to complain about a couple of things:
a) M&S rice pudding pots: Had one one eve... nom nommy and then Rob put the other one in the Microwave the next evening and it came out with a cm2 amount of mould on it :( I emailed M&S and they told me to take it back, where I had to fill in a form and I got my money back.
b) Impulse Body Spray: Quite a big brand, high quality stuff you think? Don't expect it to squirt out into your hand when you are spraying it? Emailed them, kept the can, didn't have to send can back, just send the batch number.
Got a £3 voucher for any Unilever product, except two letters arrived on the same day, signed by the same person both with a £3 voucher in it :) result!
c) BT: They took out 3 x monthly line rental charges on the 20th December (of all months!!!!) because the charging system for all their online customers had broken in October and only started working again in December so caught up on the payments it didn't take in oct and nov.
I made the mistake of calling the call centre in the eve who said it was my banks fault, so I called HSBC in the morning who of course said it was BT's fault... I was insistent to know why this had happened and then suddenly the girl on the end of the line was in tears  I wasn't that scary (so I thought) and colleagues in the office said I was fine... but I upset her somehow and apologised... shes going to get worse callers than me poor girl...anyway I called BT again and they said for the inconvenience they would refund me £10 in my Jan bill (yeah - we'll see).
d) Pizza Express: I emailed them to say that I was very sad that they had taken Pollo Con Funghi off the menu...and that was a bad move ;) (PCF is made with Bechamel sauce and not tomato, and was my Fave pizza at PE) they emailed me back to say that this was because they change their winter and spring menu... how overjoyed was I that it was back when I ate there the other night?! :D
e) Powerplay: Story here (http://www.boat-drinks.co.uk/showpost.php?p=172578&postcount=13) Proof that being nice to people you can get what you want ;) also that I didn't want to pay an extra £20 in the shops...
Anyway... after all that rant my point is... sometimes its good to send back some feedback ;)
Anyone else complained? Or is it just me, Whinging Minnie ;) ???
