Finally managed it :D Got a Samsung LE32R88BD for around £440 after quidco.
Cables are a total mess because I'm waiting till the HDMI cable arrives for the 360 before I use a cable tidy on them. Really pleased so far, huge upgrade from the 19" TFT I used for the 360 and the 20" CRT TV I had.
Going to plug an external HD into the 360 so I can stream movies off it for when I'm in bed :D And it means I can see what I'm trying to shoot in CoD4 :D
Really does look so much crisper, going to give my old games a new lease of life I think.

Top TV Jen, look great. It really is a huge improvement over CRT's, I remember when we got ours, it made a huge difference :)

Very nice Jen, notice the scart box in the corner. You glad everything can have it's own connection ;D

I bought the Sumsang 40" for £650 in the sales. Top notch TV for gaming (Pete's xBox looks great) and HD TV but SD looks crap at times tbh.
They do look great though :)
Nice :) Is that a video I see in the corner?

Ohhh yes :D And no having to press a button on the scart box, just use the remote :D

Yeah it's a bit too white at the moment, got to have it all matching
I'm not too worried about SDTV Huddy :) It's mainly for DVDs and the 360, but hopefully in a few months I can raise the funds for a V+ box and that should help a lot.

Yeah, a few blanks and an X-Files box set. No VCR though to play them on! The old TV had a built in VCR although I never really used it.

It's one of the reason I went for our TV over LCD because the SD stuff looks great and HD just looks amazing.
Awww the cat's become mesmerised by the Simpsons Movie playing at the moment. He's never paid attention to a TV before ;D

Ooh nice!
Though you should stack your DVDs vertically :p
I wouldn't have the room to stack them vertically :(
They did used to be in Stafford and it is easier to get to that way, but I've just not really got the space now. I have too many :o
Could do with some more racks though, only the two piles on the left are actually in a rack of some sort.
Nice one Jen :D
Good choice on the manufacturer :p

Samsung PS42Q97HDX - it's a Plasma
Especially for Will :p or possibly because I had a spare 45mins and wanted to re-organise the DVDs and find a home for my games....

Now everything's mostly easily accessible :D
Oh and yes that is a Ghostbusters action figure next to the Spider Spud :p My cousin likes playing with it when he comes round.
I could moan about all that stuff being next to a radiator and liable to suffer for it (unless the radiator doesn't get used of course), but I won't. Well, not much. :p :)
Ooh, shiny new TV. Pretty. :D
Not much? What's a proper moan? :p
The stuff's been there for the past 6-7 months anyhow and the radiator's poor.
Wow, Lovely TV, me jealous !
Thanks :) It's my pride and joy at the moment ;D
Sexeh Tiv
i might finally be close to getting mine shipped after possibly gettin £200 off shipping, sealing the deal at around £500 for a 42" FHD :D
