Can any of the girls confirm or deny the claims of the study?

I very rarely wear heels... and when I do I have a tendency to trip up. Maybe it's my foof I'm falling over due to it not receiving enough heel-age exercise.

Love heels.... Although finding a pair in size 12 wasn't easy. ;)

All I ever wear is converse all stars. :D Wore them to my interview and got the job. They were pin striped converse though.

I have far too many pairs......

Well according to the article wearing heels makes for a more "toned and elastic" foof. I don't wear heels so I must have a poof foof, hence the reason I must trip over when I do wear them.

so to summarise...

No heels = poof foof = trippy over foof when wearing the heels.

- you know, the clenching that stops the foof getting all wizard-sleevy.

that'll be why I couldn't find any on any shoe websites :o
