Canon Cashback

Now I know they've done it a few times before, so I was wondering if they do the cashback offers at any particular time of year? Are we due another round anytime soon?

I have my heart set on a 70-200L (non-IS), but I can't afford one atm. £100 cashback would really lighten the load and I'd be prepared to wait for it.

Would abroad be cheaper? I checked amazon and it worked out around £270 (US) vs the £400 (UK)
