I think I'm going mad

So I'm making cherry muffins and half way through realise I only have 1 egg left. Went to the shops bought 2 dozen eggs and come home. Put 1 lot away after finishing the muffins off and stick them in the oven. My mum was here and she finished putting the few bits of shopping away while I did the muffins.

Open fridge and there are 3 lots of eggs in there now. I only bought 2 but when I looked before going out I could have sworn there were no more. They were literally right in front of me as well.

Then I sat down and realised I had forgotten to add the baking powder to the muffins, doh. We'll see what they turn out like lol. Should still be edible but just not risen as much. Oh well, I'll make some more tomorrow.

Hehe. I love baking and cooking. Choc chip muffins tomorrow and I really fancy some cupcakes with vanilla frosting yumm. :)

I have mad days, yesterday i walked into the job centre & said Hi to the lady (Nice but not fit) & strolled to one of the machine things & started hitting buttons searching for jobs, After a few minutes i heard this kind of chirping like a bird in the morning, when i looked up about 2 feet away on the machine the other side of my machine was a really good mate talking to me :huh:
I am like Sorry mate I was in a World of my own when this other voice chirps up from Right beside me from Another mate :huh:

Driving home from Winchester yesterday, I managed to "lose" 25 miles. One minute I had 100 miles to go, next thing I know it's 75.

I know I was tired, but that really wasn't good :o Found a services after that and threw water on face and downed a lucozade...

I use to do it with pens when I worked at woolies - I'd always stick them in my hair behind my hair band, I'd get home and find half a dozen pens there :o Do it with sunglasses on top of my head too :o
