Meet the newest edition to the Pitch household.

Two 10 week old boys, we've named them Jake and Sam

They're very playful kittahs! Perhaps a little too playful as we both have a few scratches, but they're young and will obviously need a little time to settle in. They're very friendly though. When I had cats when I lived in Leeds, they stayed in their carry case for several hours before venturing out, but today Jake and Sam were out the moment we opened the door. The longer the day went on the more often they were coming up to us on their own, and they were relaxed with us by the end of the day. They've already shown their affectionate sides by licking us and nuzzling into us, so I'm sure within a short period of time we'll have 2 very playful but loving kitties :)

Harry used to scratch a bit when he was young, I think he just didn't know what to do with the claws and forgot and got carried away ;D
But he grew out of it soon enough, especially once he realised he didn't get any more fuss if he did it :p
Can't remember the last time he clawed anyone, even with my evil cousins taunting him.

Awwww this morning was horrible, but in a good way!

I got up to get ready for work, I let them out of the back room and they both sat on my feet and purrrrred at me, bless. Fed them, had a cuddle and now I'm in work wishing I was at home. can't wait to finish today and get home to my boys :D

Most cats are lazy. Bella can literally sleep all day, lazy cow :p

They were actually asleep together at that point. Within an hour Jake (the one at the bottom of the pic) had moved so that his head was off the arm of the couch laying on a cushion. When the cushion moved so did his head, but he didn't bat an eyelid, just kept on sleeping ;D

I went home at lunchtime today and they made me feel ever so guilty for leaving them. They purred at me when I came in, licked my nose, pounced on my feet, and generally made a fuss around me. When I had to put them back in the dining room to go back to work, they almost seemed upset to see me go (though they were happy I fed them, so I guess I evened it all out).

Last night Sam decided my hair was his new toy! ;D Started trying to chew it! Then got bored and fell asleep on the hood of my dressing gown. Awwww bless, love them to bits.

They are so loving and purrrrrrry boys :D Can't stop smiling when I think of them.

Awwwww, they're fab photos kitten. I thought they were both B&W, didn't realise one was a tabby. Gorgeous little bundles of fluff. I especially like the pic of one hugging a cuddley toy :D

Loved it when I got my cat as a kitten. He lives with my ex but he hates her, he never goes near her, but if i visit he is all over me.

I'll try and find some pics of him, his name is Pip (short for Pippin from 'Great Expectations'). Found him in a pet shop in a rats cage with nothing but newspaper to piss on, and some water. No place for a Kitten so I bought him.

They've now learned they can climb the Christmas tree, and will often do so and pop their head out between the branches. I'll keep the camera on hand for when they do it later, they look so cute :D

Amazingly enough, no. Even though Jake has learned to jump out of the tree from about 5 feet up, it's got a really steady base (thankfully), so all it does is wobble a bit and settle back to normal. They do knock decorations down though, little buggers :D

Harry never shows much interest in the tree these days, which is lucky because if he tried to climb on it, it'd have no chance of staying upright ;D
