a bit of a twist on millionaires shortbread, using a bit of a nigella recipe (peanut butter squares) on a biscuit base
tastes DEVINE but wickedly unhealthy
8 digestive biscuits (finely mushed)
30g melted butter
[mix together and press into a greased, cling filmed tray or baking dish]
100g icing sugar
25g muscavado sugar
25g unsalted butter (melted)
100g smooth peanut butter
[mix together and spread over the biscuit base]
100g chocolate (melted)
[pour over the layers and smooth]
put in the refrigerator to cool and harden for approx. 1hr - chop into 1inch squares and eat (sparingly!) mmmmm it's like a reeses peanut cup cheesecake *drool*
