Running

I officially took up running on Sunday.

Any hints and tips?

I got some Mizuno running shoes which seemed to suit my feet the best and I'm running on the path in the park. Started off with just a few hundred metres because I'm seriously unfit. How do you stop your keys jangling around annoyingly? Ok to run every other day?

My flatmate stops everything jangling by taking nothing at all. Hes constantly getting locked out the flat 'cause we've buggered off and he has no keys and just assumed we'd be in! :D

So probably don't do that :) I always thought he could just get another key cut spare and put it in his sock, but he never bothered.
