The actor who played General Hammond in Stargate SG1 died of a massive heart attack this week!

Absolutely loved him as an actor, he was fab in Stargate, and brilliant as Scullys Daddy in X-files.

Just such a shame is all :'(

I read about this the other day :(

I've not long finished watching the whole of SG-1 and Atlantis as well :( He had served 2 tours of duty in Vietnam aswell as being an avid painter.
