So who is planning on seeing it? Have you seen any trailers?
All I'll say is in my opinion it's their best film yet.
When is it out?
I've seen the first trailer from ages ago and it looks awesome.

I nearly cried :o just felt very sad at times. I don't get very emotional when watching films but this film was just so involving and emotive.

Going to see it on sunday as a freebee. :D
Taking the other half and her mum as well.
I worry when a film has had such good reviews, its almost always a disappointment. But Pixar can do no wrong, and I heard one film critic call this film 'Cinematic perfection' so I'll stay optimistic :)
Nobody I know wants to go :( Looks good though :D

Yeah :D we should all go :D
Oooh that sounds like a plan :D Hopefully it should still be on then.

well most films are on for well over a month so we should be fine :)
It came out in the states already. I saw it the same time I saw Kung Fu Panda (since I can't afford to just see one movie at 10 bucks a pop), and while they were both good, Wall-E was just magical. It was really beautiful. Could easily be one of my favorite Disney movies ever. I know you will all enjoy it!!!

There are a few movies due out this year that I've been waiting in anticipation to see, and this is definitely one of them.
Can't wait.
I dont think Ill manage this one, I cry to the opening credits of Finding Nemo :(

Loved it. :D
Pixars best film to date for me. Also the most mature. I'm not entirely sure it's 100% suitable for the very young, but I loved it.
And the Animated short at the beginning was superb as well.
I'm going to go and see this next weekend.
(not just cos i want to see it.. its for the kids... really :D )
We'll prob see it Wednesday night :)
Anyone fancy texting us an Orange Wednesday code? ;)

Same here, just drop me a text if you want the code Dee :)
Watched this the other afternoon with Kari, whilst dodging an excessively hot afternoon. What a beautiful film :) I don't think its the best Disney/Pixar film, but it certainly ranks up there amongst them, and most definitely worth the watch. Good to hear Norm's voice again :D
Saw it last night!
It was good... but as Garp said - not their best! TBH I was a little disappointed (thought it was going to be AAAAAAAAAAMAAAAAAAAAAZING!) Even still, I really enjoyed it!
Heh, I did become very involved with it though and there was one bit in the film where I involuntarily exclaimed "Ooh!" really loudly... frustratingly it was when everything went silent. My friends and Picky did sideways glances at me and laughed! *cue me coming back to reality and sinking further into my chair*
Hehehehehe!

I saw it in York, it was good but in my opinion not brilliant i just didn't like it very much everyone else loved it. Perhaps i was just having one of those days.
Just took the kids to it now.
I cried.
I cried through most of it to be honest! Wall-e has eyes like Aslan!
Saw this last, fannnnnnntastic! I loved the story, the simplicity, the innocence, everything!
Shame we don't have a local cimena (they're building one, but it'll not be ready until Christmas 2009, which is a bit late :/)

I loved it :)
I need to buy me a toy one :D
I knew it. I cried through most of it. I am nearly in tears now thinking about it.
Cant fault it. Its cinematic genius. GENIUS I TELL THEE!!!!
/cries
For sheer entertainment value, I would personally suggest that Ratatouille just pips Wall-E to the post, but as a piece of cinema, the wee robot is champ. 9/10 for me purely because they wrapped it up a liiiiiittle tiny bit fast at the end. Besides that, it was near perfect.
Oh, and awesome film to take girls to see :D

I liked it, though I won't be recommending it tbh. I love "kids" films e.g. Shrek or Nemo as there is conversation in it through out the film whereas......this film's main characters said nothing else apart from "Waaaaleeeeeee" :/

You fundamentally misunderstood this movie if you think it needed dialogue to carry the story. Additionally, it was incalculably superior to Shrek.

but that is the sheer genius of it. For around 45 minutes there is no single word of dialogue but you get so much emotion from Wall-E and Eve. As Pyle said you've misunderstood the point of the film that you can say so much without having to use words.

Agreed :)

Hehe, awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!
I never said he was having trouble finding one, I just mentioned it to him last night, so now he has to buy me one :D
Watched this last night with 2 mates and it was just an utterly lovely film. One of the girls loved it and the other one said she didn't really get it. I think she thought I was a bit odd for laughing at the Mac OS sound when he re-booted too :p It was just a really well thought out film and there were so many little bits that made me smile.
Would a little kid understand it? No, probably not. Does it matter? No, not really. I know that when I was little, I would have just liked the robots because they were cute and made nice sounds. :)
Saw this the other day with my GF. I thought it was really good.
My GF thought it was a load of crap ;D

Kitten laughed like she'd never stop when he went past the sun ;D
I watched this in Dazs absence this morning, and sobbed and sobbed.
Do I have a problem? :D
