It is rather shocking that so many records have been left behind, you'd think there would be some sort of accepted procedure for the closure of a hospital and transfer of files - I'd have thought many would still be needed apart from anything else.

Loads of people with cameras like abandoned buildings, lol they should come to where I am, every second house is empty.

I totally agree, how can such personal information be left behind? And if they dont need it anymore, why not destroy it?
Someone deserves an arse kicking for this.
There is a PM sat somewhere, slowly crapping themselves ;D
Prime Minister? :p
Project Manager = Lazy Sod more like lol or argumentative git who doesn't listen to the engineers and end up with problems after the project is complete lol
Doesn't surprise me this stuff being left behind, its happened before, its happening now and will keep on happening.

The building that Dukes Priory is in in Chelmsford used to be something for the health service. I used to do a bit of "urban exploration" in my younger days, and found a whole room of files when the place was empty.
It's not a new problem at all.
