Could someone else on Virgin try to get on to this webby:

I need to get onto it to register in order to get a bar coding number and thus be able to create my own bar codes for my greeting cards!

BUT!

I can't! I thought it was the poota having an off day on Friday buuut it's doing the same again today and Pickys just said "It's possibly a virgin proxy problem" (or some words to that affect)... so figured I would see if any others are having problems!

yes :p I have checked it on both VM and O2 and I can access it it fine.

Works fine from here, and yep, I'm using Virgin BB.

I was told that the proxy problems were a thing of the past. Basically Virgin (used to?) push all web browsing through their proxy servers so that if a number of people were accessing the same site then Virgin would already have that page saved on the proxy so rather than downloading the page again (and using up bandwidth which they have to pay for) they'll give you the page from the proxy.

Played around a bit and it still didn't work - called virgin... turns out it is their fault and they're sorting it :)

In the meantime I can access it through phproxy.org! Yay!

Pikcy laughed at me though as when reading the url to the man on the phone I pronounced "org" like "Orgey" "Org" :(
