I made these for breakfast this morning :)

100g self raising flour,
40g wholemeal self raising flour,
2table spoons caster sugar,
1 egg,
6fl oz milk,
1 egg.
2 bananas.

sieve flours into a bowl.
add sugar.

Pour milk into a jug, and crack egg into it. whisk together.
add to flour and sugar, and mix, making sure there are no lumps.

peel and chop bananas, then mash with a fork, and add to batter.
mix it all together.

heat some butter in a pan, and then ladle in the batter to make little pancakes (3 or 4 at a time depending on size of pan.)

cook for 2 mins, or until bubbles appear on surface, and then turn over to cook other side.

makes about 10 :)

Will add picture when i get it off phone :D

I love pancakes muchly and really should have them more often than once a year.

Little tip - leave the batter to sit in the fridge for a few hours and you'll end up with lighter pancakes.

oooh the book said that actually, to leave it a while, but we were all too hungry to wait :D

Understandable :) If you can't wait, then an extra pinch of flour just before you cook will do a similar thing.

Try banana chips too, absolutely fabulous. You're looking to use slightly greener than normal bananas (i prefer these anyway) chop in to chipish shapes, coat in honey/sugar and deep fry in *very* hot oil (i don't know what because i just use a pan) i assume around 190/200? Sweet ass chips!

That's great :D How much raw cookie dough did you make? The last time I made cookies that sort of size I only got about 3 out of the dough I'd made.

Not that I'd eaten a fair bit of the raw dough. Oh no.
