So simple, but the troops here absolutely love it! Infact, the options for tea tonight were sea shell chicken or mcdonalds, and the mcdonalds was snubbed.
I'm not going to bother with cooking instructions, it's too easy.
All you need is enough pasta for how ever many people you're feeding, we use the shell pasta, but any kind could be used. Some garlic butter, a whole roast chicken and some fresh parmesan for grating.
Ready grated parmesan is well and good, but even my 4 year old will tell you that freshly grated parmesan is the best, and it keeps in the fridge for a few weeks.
I always put the garlic butter in the bottom of the bowls, then the pasta, then the chicken and mix it all up.
It's soooo popular here, I finished cooking at quarter past, and by half past I was being asked what was for pudding if there wasnt anymore pasta ;D
