How could you ever top Tim Curry and Richard O'Brian in the roles? And no doubt they'll water down the innuendo and everything that makes it so good, just to make it more palatable to what they perceive as the Modern American Audience.

I have never actually seen the original imagine this will be dreadful :(
I'm not in favour of it, but to be fair at least senior people involved in the original are involved in the remake.
It's not like some random studio decided to buy the license and let Uwe Boll direct - this seems to carry a bit of credibility.

If they do the so-called "updated" version of the Time Warp (like they did on the stage show a few years ago), I shall NOT jump to the left, or the right !!!!!! How VERY dare they !!!!

Is this confession time? I've got to admit that I've never watched it either but I do have a copy to watch.
I'm not sure I've ever seen it either. I did see the stage show several years ago (can't remember when or where, or why :().
