I buy and sell the occasional item on eBay and most of my auctions start of with the following:

Do not bid if you have 0 feedback, bids from people with 0 feedback will be cancelled.

I will not ship this outside the UK, please do not buy if you are not in the UK.

I do not offer 'Buy it Now', please do not ask for it

In my current auction I've a message from someone offering a buy it now price, someone else asking me to ship to Portugal and then today I had to cancel a bid because it was a 0 feedback bidder.
