(not you JSB)

So, apparently a car decided to drive onto our work premises some time over the weekend, probably definately to break into our back warehouse, only the company next door are truck repairers and work 24/7 so a couple of them ran over to the car and stole the keys, the blokes in the car did a runner.

Fast forward to about 1 hour ago and white van pulled up round the back, The warehouse manager happened to be outside and the blokes in the van jumped out and threatened him and sped off.

So now we still have an abandoned car and the threat of retaliation from a bunch of dodgy pikies (again, not you JSB :p ). We are on the phone to the police who are umming and ahhing about getting the vehicle shifted. If they don't and someone decided to torch the car the back warehouse will go up which please the fire brigade as it's asbestos, next to a crop field and next to a load trucks that are next door to us.

Who said Monday's are boring :D

Christ! That isn't the best!

Sounds like something that would happen in Birmingham to me!

I would quite happily shoot every single one of the scummy little ****ers.

We had a group of 10 caravans turn up outside of our offices a few years back. They turned our carpark into a toilet (including #2s) let their dogs roam free including one delightful specimine who bit someone and their kids climbed all over our cars. The Police couldn't do anything to move them on until they vandalised the car of someone who stood up to them when they wouldn't get out of the road.

Maybe this group was the exception but I doubt it as every single story I hear about pikeys is one of a group of people who don't even respect basic human culture.

Well they've turned up again and once they realised there was half a dozen people having a smoke near the car the drove off again. The Police seem to be doing everything they can to not do anything to sort it out. The council on the other hand seem to be doing everything they can to help us out. The Police originally fobbed us off saying there was nothing they could do, which we have been told is not exactly true. Just on the phone to them again to get shot of it.
