So far today I have taught an aerobics class and done a 6k run for a PT session. I am just having a cup of coffee and a sit down before I get the kids tea then go and teach an hour of spinning and then an hour of gymnastics and flexibility.
My question to you lot is:
When I get home this evening what level will I have reached on my shaggedout-ometer?
I am anticipating reaching at least Crawl Through The Front Door level and am pretty sure Fall Asleep On The Sofa heights will be reached by 10pm.
Any guesses?

I WANT YOUR JOB. And I'll probably start training for it soon.
You can have it for the whole of today while I retire to my boudoir with a bottle of wine.
Something I've found a bit odd at my gym, is that given how many classes some of the instructors run, you really wouldn't guess it from their physique, obviously they could just be eating a lot, but is it naive of me to expect that people who work out 4-5 hours a day all week would be well shaped?

How many clients do you have lined up for me and do they mind if I hobble instead of run?
Can I wear a bikini?

Fitness doesn't have that much to do with bodyshape.

I'm guessing at the level of "end to busy weekend in Ibiza".
Is tomorrow going to be any more restful?
Can you actually be shagged out without actually.....
*ponders*
I'd be in a morgue after that lot!

Lots of factors involved. A person can be small yet strong, fit yet not muscular etc...
BUTTTTTTTTT
Chances are you'll see personal differences if you work out compared to if you didn't

Only without the tan and the booze. :(
Um, thursday (I appear to be at What Day Of The Week Are We On? level at the mo) I have *roots in diary* a trapeze lesson in the morning (where I am learning not teaching! Hurrah! I can rest my brain!) and then Circuits (easy peasy - just shouting) then Flex N Fit which is a Bodypump type class, so yes, thank god, it's easier! Phew!
Fitness doesn't have that much to do with bodyshape.
Oh sure, obviously they must all be really fit, surely though all that exercise is a lot of calories being burnt though?

Not, as you already said, if they are eating junk food as well. Sad but true.

The tan I can understand given your location but the booze? That's surely in abundance there. :p
Enjoy your easier day tomorrow hopefully.

Cool, back on topic, how long does it take you to get used to this level of daily activity, is it actually possible to? Do you have to do much outside of your work to maintain your level of fitness, for example with that run earlier I guess as the PT you are expected to be able to do it more easily than your client? Similarly I guess with the classes, ie that hour you're doing spinning later you'll be expected to do the class like everyone else as well as having to give a running commentary of what's going on, coming up, other directions.
Slight tangent but I've noticed before when I do a full days softball tournament (9am - 6pm usually) it's all bursts of activity, sprinting, hitting, throwing, never enough to get your knackered outright, but you really know you did it the next day, odd.

No boozes in my house. :(
It's been fun today! Knackering but fun!

This level isn't normal for me. There's a definite inclination to burn out in this field of work and you have to try and make sure you pace yourself. I'll be making sure I don't do a class before my PT run next time as I didn't have anywhere near my usual energy to push myself today.
A good instructor can teach a class by just voicing instructions and using the occasional demo. It's a skill you have to develop to avoid the dreaded burn out. I get all I need fitness wise from my classes - if I have energy to burn I whack it up a notch at work. I do do sessions alone sometimes to develop certain skills but finding time to fit that in with work and also giving yourself rest time is often tricky.
