Post your venison dishes?

I'm already thinking about my next dinner party. move house in 2 weeks and can't wait to start the cooking back up.
Thinking of doing a venison main course with some sort of port and/or chocolate sauce.
Any of you got any venison dishes. More for ideas rather than actual recipes.
