Is it wrong to think that Nurse Ratched is attractive?
Is it wrong to think that Nurse Ratched is attractive?
No, you could put a cow in a nurses uniform and it'd look attractive.
I spent the day fighting mud for my boots (it nearly won - it was 100x worse than Halys garden ) and doing rattie PR so am even more shattered than I was (6am starts on saturdays = badness) so had bubblebath and chinese curry and wine and now sleepies
I wants beer. I has vodka. I thinks that be a bad idea.
vodka - nooooooooooo. Cant drink vodka since 1st year of uni. Earned myself a 4 day hangover and now more than a small measure brings that same hangover back. Ick.
I'm the same with Fosters, if I so much as smell a can of the stuff, I nearly hurl. That could just be owing to the fact it's bloody awful though. :p
I got very drunk on whisky when I was much younger, around 20 I think and ever since then I've not been able to even bear the smell. However over the last few months I've started to wean myself back onto it by consuming it with a quantity of mixer.
I'm quite proud that I managed to drink a glass neat when in Edinburgh recently with MB and Stan so I'm hoping that I'm starting to be able to manage it again.

I've never really liked the taste of whisky that I've had, but I had some with stan last week and have to say it tasted fantastic!
Smelt so much nicer than anything else I'd had before too.
I missed out on my efforts to sample Stan's wares. Oh well, next time. :)

Mmm, I had Pear cider while watching Clapton live... Doesn't get much better than that!
*Reminds herself to buy some*
I was drinking Pear Kopparberg this weekend, yum yum yum. Today, however, I am being good and having firefly instead.
Today I had cold roast highland beef, caboc, cheese & onion bread and coleslaw all from the local farm shop from the local baker and farms. With some Tyrrell's garden herb crisps and a few pickled onions for good measure. Then sat down and enjoyed it whilst watching the GP at Monza. What a lovely afternoon :)
