Thanks DD. Will post in detail later but in a nutshell I can't access The SPS from work due to a lot of the content. That added with RL stuff after work means I don't have much time at night for the forums I used to be involved in.

I dont think anyone has left lock stock and barrell to come over here apart from CBS, and he had stopped posting a while before he started posting here.

TBH that is why having a holiday from work is a double edged sword. When I take time off it's always at the back of my mind I've gotta go back, which is always harder than if you'd just carried on working.

After CP I got back into the lab and had so much to do of my own work, to be told I had to do somebody elses work too I was really hacked off that entire week and my boss has had a word with me asking for suggestions on how to improve my conditions so I don't leave as he heard I was looking for new jobs :D
