Expensive corned beef seems wrong.... I buy it because its cheap as chips and makes a great corned beef hash with some potatoes and carrots :) Great comfort food and very very cheap.
Mmm corned beef hash :D
Also corned beef toasties with brown sauce are rather nom.
For some reason I thought this thread was about American Corn Dogs
Anyway's Corned Dog is superb and as LeprousDust says, makes a great Tater 'Ash. Some nice winter food

I am going to try that tonight, mash it all together :D
I need to be in the right mood with Corned beef. If I see it I won't buy it because the lumps of fat in it put me off.
If someone gives it to me in a white bread with butter sandwich that seems to be ok :/

Thats all you do, you can boil the pots and carrots in the same pot mash it all in the same pot and eat it out the same pot. Its like the perfect student food for speed/price/better than a takeaway. Eat with some other random veg lying around on the side broccoli mixed veg are usual my favs as i have tones of it lying around and its not even *that* unhealthy tbh....
It's got all your carbs and protein and veg in it, i can look a bit strange but i've slowly convinced my flatmates it has its place.
I am going to pour some gravy over it too, Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I've made my first ever corned beef mash !
Potatoe, carrots - boiled
Add seasoning, corned Beef and then broccoli on the side :)
With some fresh spring onion chopped up and added in for some extra crunch.

Hate it on its own, but one of my friends makes an unbelievably Corned Beef pie. That cold, with baked beans is heavenly.
