Just picked up a copy of Guild Wars: Special Edition for £10. Figured it was worth a try at that price :D
What do I need to know? And who else plays? I know Jhadur does but not sure if anyone else does.

Going to have a mess about with it in a bit anyhow :)

You'll have no trouble at all, its easy to pick up and if its anything like the old days its not hard to get a party of strangers for the instanced quests :)

Don't buy anything from any players touting private sales for a while, they are usually only semi powerful objects you can get in abundance later ;)

Switched to a warrior instead. Halfway through level 4 now :)

Can definately help you out with warrior weaponry if you want it. :)

Oh and don't listen to anyone trying to sell armour in game as all armour is customised to the person that buys it.

This feels like an extremely newbieish question :embarassed:
With the Special Edition I got an extra 'skill pack code' to unlock some skills and weapon upgrades. On the code it says I have to go to edit account and manage access keys, then follow the instructions. I can do that but when I get to manage access keys there's nothing to press to go any further to enter the code in :s
Any ideas?

There should be an "add access key to this account" link I think.
Or something like that anyway.

Ahh found it. It's on the login screen not after you've logged in. Silly Guild Wars manual leading me in the wrong direction.

Oh one thing I forgot to mention is never sell dyes at the start of the game to people. They will be trying to scam you as silver/black dyes are worth quite a bit when you get to the dye trader after doing the Academy quest.
