I got an email from this kid just now. He's 15 and speaks perfect txt. As they say, a picture says 1000 words so I'm just going to link to the Flickr stream.

Thats by far the worst thing there. In some way its actually a great flickr site because its a completely honest look at kids. He's 15, thinks he's a gangstar, plays with knives and spends his time swearing and drinking. On the other hand, what a ****ing muppet. I spent some time going through his account. He's in love with this American gymnast. He even left his mobile number for her (http://www.flickr.com/photos/25198713@N05/2378063551/#comment72157606774759101).

As said in IRC tis a shame, if he were of the right inclination he would be in a perfect position to photograph the actual 'streets' of Liverpool, which IMO no-one has actually done. Unfortunately he's just another scrote though :(.

As has been said it will be difficult to structure any response that doesn't come across as condescending. Maybe ask him what he is hoping to achieve from his photography? I know diddley about photography but none of the shots look like there has been any real sort of composition or aim behind them, they just look like bog standard point a camera and take the picture - I could take them and that, to me, doesn't suggest anything worthwhile about them.
