It works across Lunix, Mac and Windows. You install a small app on your machine and set a folder to sync. It automatically keeps this in sync with their server and auto updates whichever machine is on. And it all works in the background. The other clever thing is, if you work on large files, it only updates the parts that have changed and not the entire file each time.
It will be great for if I do work from home as I can just drop things in to the drop box and it will let me download them at home, change them and auto sync them again. Get back to work, turn on my machine and they'll be updated for me.
You get 2GB of storage too so it's a reasonable amount.
