View Full Version : Amazon market?
There's a TV I've seen on Amazon market. but is there a way to email the seller to ask about dead pixels before I buy? i can't seem to see an option to do this.
NVM found it under return policy.
However has anyone had to claim money back through Amazon? how did you find it?

Same as me.
I'm looking at 2nd hand tv's around the £400 mark and one of the sellers has only just launched so has no feedback. Amazon says I will be safeguarded. but I want to know if anyone's done it and if they had any problems.
This is there guarantee

I have claimed money back from Amazon once on a market place item, it was only a CD for like £2.50. My Cd never turn up so i called Amazon up and spoke to someone and within about 5 mins or so on the phone i got a refund.
Good news, well one of the tv;'s I was looking at was removed along with all his other items. However found another one, from a person who has feedback. So hope it all arrives fine should be Tuesday-Wednesday. 37" samsung....
Yes, I bought an iPod transmitter a month or so ago from the marketplace and it was rubbish. I returned it, in one of the mails I received they said that it would be tested and a replacement sent so my reply quoted the distance selling doofer requesting a full refund.
Two days after they received the item, the refund was processed. No problems.
