Interesting ways to cook pork chops?

Right, I've just had my food delivery and realised I've got 6 good pork chops and I have no interesting ways of cooking them! I usually just quick fry with some olive oil, whack a bit of honey in and stick in the oven to cook through. So, get with the recipes!!! (please ) __________________ No Sig.
