Hello
Been going through some old boxes here and found some stamped address envelopes! Stamps are from 1999 but not franked... do you think I can use em!? 2nd class is blue like nowadays, but 1st is red. BB x |

Apparently, unused stamps are always worth their face value no matter how old they are and first class / second class stamps are always valid as first/second class.

2.2 Which stamps are valid for postage? Valid postage stamps are unused stamps of the present monarch’s reign on which the value is:

Yeap they're like money, they don't expire if you catch my drift.
I still have some old First Class stamps from years ago that I use now, and the letters arrive at their destination without any issues.
