Don't worry, not a plumbing or medical issue.

Been playing this game since last night and I'm currently stuck on level 22. Someone play through the lot and tell me how to do it!

Failing that, just have a go for a laugh, it's a great little game with some innovative ideas. The sound effects are superb as well.
