Happy Birthday to the Gnome environment! First released today 10 years ago.

Hands up who uses KDE....

That and fluxbox. I like Gnome but rarely use it, I can customise KDE more to my liking and I prefer the application suite. No denying Gnome looks nicer though.

I use Gnome as it's a bit nicer to look at an easier to use for a n00b like me. But I understand KDE is a little more powerful for customisation and such like, but I'm not that much of a Linux power user anyway.
