Super steak with cheat's Bearnaise

Tonight its just me on my lonesome. I've been a bit lazy in the past when its been that and just tootled off for a kebab. Tonight I'm going to make the effort of actually cooking for myself.

Looks nice and simple. Not sure we've got tarragon.. or half the ingredients, but I will pop into Sainsbury's on the way home to shop and hopefully find them

Not sure they'll have the tarragon so I may be forced to use something else (not sure what just yet)

Will be good to have a decently cooked steak rather than the "so rare you wonder if it even touched a pan" that Dym prefers
