Goods news.

We are finally getting our boiler replaced at home, this thing is ancient and the pilot light constantly goes out meaning you fear turning it back on in case it blows up.

Bad news.

We are now without hot water and a shower till Tuesday night

so cold washes in the sink tomorrow morning

Good news.

The fence between our house and the next door neighbours is getting replaced, starting today

Bad news.

We are paying money towards it as it's a shared boundary
