Strongman Meet

As some of you may know Semi Pro and I met a couple of guys off OcUK that do strong man training. My god it's hard. Harder than training in the gym! I am completely ****ed!

It's great though!!

Here are some pics:

This is the equipment of torture. The kegs are 45kg and the smaller one about 15kg I think. The tyre is around 90kg, the van is over 2T.

I've only included ones of us here at BD so we'll start off with SPW.

Dan did 40 reps in a minute!!!

Hardly broke into a sweat! Amazing effort.

Struggled a bit but made it look easy nonetheless

Not perfect form but bloody hell he did well, 7 sets of 10 reps!!!

My poor fingers!!

I think I did 15 reps of full power clean presses.

About to collapse in a heap!

The start of the pain!!

Almost in tears at this point!!

An event I found easy but ripped my fingers to shreds!

Great fun!

There you go thought I'd share.

Impressive stuff. Does your height not put you at a bit of a disadvantage with some of the stuff?

The height can be beneficial from one aspect and detremental to another. So it's a bit of a 50/50 split really! But yes it can be a bitch

gloves are a brilliant idea!

as for size well remember i was exercising so it's not a true representation but thanks for the comments.

I am so sore today major DOMS - I love it
