I did it all for you baby!
Well normally I resist, but today at the canteen there was this going free, with a sign saying have as much as you want.... so I did.
 After doing the gym for ages now, it was worth it Thats a good 2" slice of cake. Good thing i'm getting my fat Biffa ass down the gym later
