Strange first date?

So i was meant to be going to the Leeds festival on Wednesday with my friends, but it turned out I've got exams on Tuesday and Wednesday, which means i have to stay in Edinburgh. Whereas we'd all sorted out we were getting a coach from Liverpool. So I've got a ticket but no transport, or parking tickets so i can't just drive.

What would one normally do, they'd scour ebay for a parking ticket? That's far too normal and would cost me a parking ticket and fuel which is far more than I'd be paying for a coach.
So instead I'm taking a gamble and taking a girl I've met on the internet (oh noes) we've got two coach tickets from Edinburgh (so i don't need to worry about transport) and i just sell my ticket .

Essentially as a first date were going to the Leeds festival for 4 days. Who can beat that for weird/sponteanious? I'm quite pleased with myself, or at least i am until she turned out to be a man...

Am i mental?
