rFactor?

I registered rFactor ages ago but haven't been near it for a long time. I just checked the website and it looks as though it's still the same version.

Is that right? Has there been no development on it for ages? Is it still being worked on or is it a dead dodo now?

I heard that the Top Gear test circuit is available, is this right? Is it worth me installing it in my Vista x4 Boot Camp partition? Is there a Chevrolet Lacetti available ? If so, is it reasonably priced?

All these questions and more need to be addressed
